We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to us by email immediately after check-in to avoid responsibility and potential charges.

 Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).

We warmly welcome our guests with a convenient check-in time starting from 3 pm, allowing you to settle in comfortably and begin enjoying all Whitchurch has to offer without rush. Our check-out time is at 10:30 am, giving you a relaxed morning to refresh and prepare for your departure.

Let's give you a run though of how this whole self check in property actually works. Don't panic it's very simple...

First you book.

You will be sent an email on the day of check in which has access codes to the front and your bedroom door.

Lowcross House is located in the heart of Whitchurch where Green End meets the High street. You’ll see the town clock in the bullring which is close to the entrance of the guest bedrooms.

There is no parking on the property but there is long term parking offered nearby. Take a look at the parking section for suggestions.

When you have found the property, Please enter the 4 digit code followed by the star key and then turn the round nob on the key pad and the door handle at the same time to open the door. 

(if keypad is asleep, place hand over keypad to wake it up)

Once in the property, please head up the stairs to your room where you will find a key safe mounted on the wall next to the door containing the room keys. Enter your key safe code, then pull the top toggle down to open the lockbox. You will need to re enter the code to close the key safe again. If you make a mistake when entering the code, pull the bottom toggle down to reset, then try your code again.

Feel free to use the key safe during your stay if required.

If you panic or find it difficult... don't worry someone helpful will appear to assist.
